Shipping Damages/Shortages:

If your parts are damaged during shipping, please contactUPS You must be able to provide a tracking number from shipping label. All shortages must be reported to Monster Marine, Inc. within twenty four hours of receipt.

Returns:

Please call Monster Marine, Inc. at (866)-689-6790 to request a return for goods purchased. ALL PARTS RETURNED ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF 15%.NO EXCEPTIONS! NO RETURNS AFTER THIRTY (30) DAYS OF PURCHASE ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ITEMS, EXHAUST SYTEMS(INCLUDING TAILPIPES), OR ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS.

THERE WILL BE NO EXHANGES OR RETURNS ON PROPELLARS.

ALL WARRANTIES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MANUFACTURER. MONSTER MARINE, INC WILL ASSIST WITH WARRANTY CLAIMS, HOWEVER, THE ULTIMATE RESPONSIBILITY OF THESE WARRANTIES RESTS WITH THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURER.

All returned items must arrive in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, COMPLETE, and IN NEW CONDITION. ANY INSTALLED, MODIFIED, OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please include a note with returned items that contains instructions on what needs to be done with the return, (i.e. who it’s from, how to give credit, etc.) If possible, please include a copy of the original invoice. *DO NOT RETURN ITEMS USING U.S. POSTAL SERVICE* (RETURN INSTRUCTIONS APPLY TO EXHANGES AS WELL)

Exchanges:

THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGES ON PARTS PRIOR TO RETURN OF ORIGINAL SHIPMENT.
