Sleek, narrow design allows installation where other flush-mount cleats wont fit. Made of marine grade 316 stainless steel. Easy to pull up, the recess in the base allows the cleat to be grasped quickly and easily. Installation: Drill four holes and saw-cut clearance between the two center holes. Backing hardware is standard on all models and is included with each cleat.
